Emergency Claims

We hope you never have property damage or an accident, but if you do please report it as soon as possible. During office hours you can call the office at 706-342-2411 and speak to our claims manager, Taylor Rhoads or you can email her at taylor@jimboydagency.com

If you have a claim after office hours and would like to report it directly to the insurance company here is a list of contact phone numbers for most of our companies. Please be sure to still call or email the office to report the claim so that we will be aware of your damage and can help you with the claims process if necessary.

After you report the claim to your insurance company if you have questions or concerns that requires immediate attention (automobile accident with serious injuries or damage to your home or business that makes it unlivable) you may call our Agency’s Emergency Claims Number at 706-343-6973.
